I have completed programming work on the new Member Home Instance Coordination (Scheduling Assistance) tool! It still requires good data to be fully functional, so please consider it 95% finished overall and feel at liberty to help finish the data research. If you can help, all we need you to do is download the Excel spreadsheet file in the research directory of our file share and update it, then send your changes to me for incorporation.
If you want to be included in scheduled instances/raids, then it is up to you to register here, claim your own toons, and keep your availability up to date as it changes. Members who are not interested in scheduled events need not worry about this tool. It exists only for your benefit. You can still get in on instances/raids if you happen to be logged in at the right time!
Note: While I created this tool specifically for our volunteer Raid Coordinator, all guild officers have access to it because that's how scheduling rights are managed by the in-game system. On that note, check it out if you can and enjoy! Feedback and bug reports are very welcome and will help make this new tool even better!
